    update to our sectional sofa saga. Richard and David came out to replace the middle piece of the sofa and had the wrong piece. After having the piece turned over Richard discovered that it wasn't plugged in to the piece properly and all the way in. Once that was done - voila!! It started working!! A BIG thank you to Richard! We bought a sectional sofa in May 2024 and the charging station did not work from day one. Now one of the motors on the main recliner that we always use is no longer working and is stuck in the up position. We bought the full warranty and when I called the service dept, I am treated like I am bothering them and they have an attitude with me and are very rude. The charging station is still not repaired. They have never called back to say the parts were ordered and it may take a few weeks - unbelievable. We will never buy furniture from them again.
